The hotels combine for a 235-key dual-branded Wyndham experience; 135 of which are anticipated to be TRYP along with a Trademark Hotel with 100 all-suite rooms at the upper floors. They share the entrance and drop-off located off of Franklin St., which is framed by a public Plaza and grand Stair that serves as the development’s “front door”. Access is convenient for beachgoers coming from the north who are welcomed into the development to partake of the street-level retail offerings as well as via the grand Stair and Plaza at the intersection of Franklin St. and Michigan Blvd.
